Villa No. 9 stands on a quiet street in Gazlıgöl, in the middle of a lawn edged with yellow and red roses. Its rose-pink façade, white stone quoins and balconies carry the warmth of an old Anatolian mansion.
The heart of the house is the indoor thermal pool room on the ground floor: a blue-tiled pool fills with hot spring water, while a marble basin and a copper bowl complete the ritual of a traditional hammam. The rest of the day drifts by on the timber-ceilinged terrace, over a long breakfast or dinner.
Inside are a bright, pale-blue salon, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a sitting room with sofa beds and a main bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. With a baby cot and a fenced garden, it is an easy home for families with children too.
